Terms of service

These terms cover tickets, the masterclass, the Inner Circle and everything else sold or streamed from this site. Buying or joining means agreeing to them.
Tickets
Tickets are sold for a named show at a named venue. If a show is cancelled, tickets are refunded in full; if a show is rescheduled, your ticket carries over and a refund window opens for anyone who cannot make the new date. Tickets are not transferable for resale above face value.
The masterclass
The masterclass is a digital product: on purchase you get personal, non-transferable access to the course material. You may not redistribute, resell or publicly screen the lessons. If the course is not what you expected, write within 14 days of purchase for a full refund — no forms, no interrogation.
The Inner Circle
Circle membership renews monthly and can be cancelled at any time from your account; cancellation stops the next renewal and access runs to the end of the paid period. Be a decent human in the community spaces — harassment, spam or scraping other members’ details ends membership without refund.
Music & content
All recordings, artwork, video and text on this site remain the property of the artist and their licensors. Streaming a track here is a licence to listen, not to sample, sync or re-upload. For sync and licensing enquiries use the contact page — that inbox is read.
The live stream & chat
Streams are free to watch. The chat is lightly moderated; messages that are abusive or spam get removed and repeat offenders get blocked. Do not record and re-publish streams — works in progress are shared in confidence with the room.
Liability & the boring parts
The site is provided as-is; we do our best to keep dates, prices and availability accurate but a listing error does not form a contract. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the consumer law of the place you live.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. If any clause turns out to be unenforceable, the rest keep working.
