Privacy policy
Last updated: September 1, 2026
The short version: we keep the minimum, we never sell it, and every email we send has an unsubscribe link that works. The longer version follows.
What we collect
When you join the mailing list or the Inner Circle we collect your name and email address. When you buy a ticket, the masterclass or a record we additionally process your billing details through our payment processor — card numbers never touch our servers.
When you write to us through the contact form we keep the message and your reply address for as long as the conversation needs.
How we use it
Email addresses are used to send the things you asked for: tour announcements, release news, stream dates and circle updates. Nothing else. No list rental, no data sales, no "carefully selected partners".
Purchase records are kept for accounting and to give you access to what you bought — masterclass logins, ticket confirmations, order history.
Cookies & analytics
The site uses privacy-respecting analytics to count visits and see which pages get read. It does not build advertising profiles. The live chat sets a session identifier so your messages stay yours during a stream.
Who else touches your data
Payments are processed by our payment provider; email is delivered through our email service; live streams and chat run on our hosting platform. Each processes only what it needs to do its job, under its own privacy terms.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of what we hold about you, have it corrected, or have it deleted. Unsubscribe links live at the bottom of every email. For anything else, write to us — the address is on the contact page — and expect an answer within 30 days.
Changes
If this policy changes in any way that matters, mailing-list subscribers hear about it by email before it takes effect. The date below always reflects the current version.
